Unprecedented snow impact in Incline Pines

The following is a message from Incline Property Management to owners of record at Incline Pines. We’re forwarding it to our broader mailing list which includes owners of record and other family members.

Dear Owners,

The upcoming storm forecast for a rain/snow mix has prompted concern and the need for expedited snow removal services. As your community management company, we are working with all available preferred vendors, other third-party contractors that we have researched as well as our own crew members to take proactive measures for the safety of our community. All resources are being deployed, and note that all of our workers have been operating on 20 day continuous stretch of working 10+hours a day in these adverse conditions.

The fact is that everyone who can help is helping, but that may not be enough manpower to meet every service request before this next storm. We humbly request the assistance of our community to help in our efforts to keep our community safe. In those rare times it takes a village, and our village needs help with digging out gas meters and fire hydrants. If you are unable to help, we ask for patience and understanding.

These conditions are the most severe we have experienced in our 43 years of service. With the unknown effects of this upcoming atmospheric river, we cannot forecast what impacts it will have but we can be cautious and prepared. Several municipalities at the lake and utility companies have issued information as to best prepare for the upcoming weather forecasts.

Our commitment to you is that we are here and will continue to work with you to do as much as we physically can to meet service requirements.

Thank you (s/ Incline Property Management)
