For the second time this month, the HOA Board of Directors and IPM have been forced to postpone a walkthrough of the property because of snowfall. All things considered, this is a good problem to have. As of April 22, the central Sierra snowpack is still just 41% of normal.
We plan to try again on Tuesday, May 3. Please let us know if there are any maintenance issues you think we should be aware of.
