About Incline Pines
Incline Pines is not a typical condominium complex.
It was developed between 1972 and 1978 in a mid-century modern style as a common interest community– a unique collection of large, freestanding homes governed by a homeowners association. Each unit’s owner is a member with a 1/40th share of the natural open space.
That works out to about one-third of an acre per unit. No wonder people are surprised to discover these homes are technically condos!
The HOA takes care of the common area outside the individual units– including maintenance, trash collection and snow removal along the half-mile private road serving the community.
